Enterprise marketing software vendor Neolane is offering marketers the chance to discover “The Relevance of Relevance” in a seminar each morning of the show at 10am. Simon Cook of Neolane will guide delegates through how to comply the relevant data to identify, understand and drive customer behaviour.

Data is also tightly linked to message relevance – the key to significantly improved response rates, conversion rates and return on investment. Cook will consider the use of relevant channels for traditional and digital marketing and the question, “will all customers respond to marketing on a single channel?”

The seminar will also address how to implement and automate the processes that support an optimised use of all marketing channels, across direct mail, email and mobile. He will show how to decrease costs and drive up ROI.

Neolane’s solution can be experienced on stand B206. The software allows marketers to build a single customer view and automate the creation of personalised, cross-channel messages that are individually relevant to every customer.

The company has 170 clients, including Accor Hotels, Orange, Sophora, SAS Airlines, Hagar, Société Générale, AXA and Canon. All have adopted it as a single platform to drive their marketing campaigns, marketing resource management, customer data and analytics.
