Cook will consider the use of relevant channels for traditional and digital marketing and the question, “will all customers respond to marketing on a single channel?”
The seminar will also address how to implement and automate the processes that support an optimised use of all marketing channels, across direct mail, email and mobile. He will show how to decrease costs and drive up ROI.
